As we continue to expand our presence in Sweden, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
As a Key Account Manager at Twistshake, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients while also identifying and onboarding new key accounts. Your primary duties will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- New Business Development: Identify and target new potential clients, negotiating and closing deals to expand Twistshake's market presence in Sweden.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make informed business decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and optimal customer experience.
Who are you:
- You are fluent in Swedish, and English, both in speech and writing. All other languages are a big plus.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Swedish market and key players.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- You are a problem solver who thrives in an environment with high tempo, short decision paths, and a strong growth focus
- You have experience presenting in group meetings including to company executives.
- Strong communication skills
- 1+ years' experience in sales
About you:
You have a proven track record in sales and strategy development, with measurable results that demonstrate your impact. You are strong in communication and teamwork abilities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. If you are a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a team player with a passion for sales then we want to hear from you. Experience working within the EU region is highly merited.
