Head of Global Offline Sales

As a Head of Global Offline Sales at Twistshake of Sweden you are the glue that holds the sales team together. You provide help and motivation to the team to reach the sales goals. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team consisting of 10-12 employees, who handle Export Sales and Distributor Sales around the world.

Duties and responsibilities
- Orient new staff and focus on improving the job performance of existing staff.
- Drive and follow up on Key Performance Indicators for each employee, provide feedback and follow up. You set daily, weekly and monthly sales goals, and motivate your team to reach individual sales targets.
- Coach and inspire the team daily and create a positive atmosphere. A large part of the job is providing your team members with support, training, sales competitions etc.
- Preparing and delivering sales reports to CEO and the rest of the Management Team. You also report on team member performance and mission-related objectives.
- Address and resolve staff issues in a professional manner and with high problem-solving skills.
- The work environment is fast-paced, and you will move from one task to another, answering questions, holding meetings, delegating responsibilities, and acting as a voice of encouragement.
- Perform daily team briefs and morning meetings to start the day with statistics of yesterday, goals of today etc.
- Collaborate with other departments within Twistshake and ensure that processes, campaigns and other related activities are running smoothly.
You
- You have the biggest Sales Mindset in your network and have a proven track record in negotiation and relationship building.
- You have proven experience in Leadership and “difficult meetings”, ie; rehab-, discipline-, warnings, hire- and fire, salary- and feedback meetings.
- You understand the value of being a role-model, acting in a professional manner, present a positive energy and foster a spirit of team collaboration.
- You know how to empower your employees, by demonstrating active listening and empathy, ensuring continuous motivation.
- You are a clear communicator and are used to communicate the individual- as well as team objectives clearly.
- You understand the importance of rewarding team members who do a stellar job and implement bonus and prize programs or “employee of the month” achievements.
Other requirements
- +2 years of experience in Management with personnel responsibility of 5 or more employees.
- +2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Export Sales and/or Outbound Sales.
- Familiar with the most relative Swedish labor laws and regulations.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, your team consists of English-speaking employees.
You will be working together with majority of your team at our Stockholm City Office.
